VA diagnosis not correct
Question:
Jim, I just found out that my VA doctor lied to me about a diagnosis. About 2yrs ago I had a number of skin biopsy preformed at CLE VA, by Dr Cooper; he also did blood work. Skin biopsy came back as CTCL MF Type blood came back neg. Dr. Cooper told me because blood work was neg., I did not have CTCL MF type. I just got off the phone with Susette Amot from Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation. She told me that the two research Doctors there said that MF can only be diagnosed by skin biopsy and only thing neg. blood work would mean is that the MF has not metastasized to the blood and that it is still located to the please help me understand the VA,

I'm not sure why you think your doctor would try to withhold a truthful diagnosis from you? In any case, if you think that there is medical malpractice going on and you have somehow been harmed, you need to speak with an attorney who is experienced in filing tort claims against the federal government. You can use Google search to locate the attorney who will be right for you.
