Question:

Was on temporary 100% for prostate cancer was sent notice for C&P exam was given 40% plus SMC rating for residuals combined rating 70% with PTSD and hearing. Six months later, still getting 100% rating payments possibly still on temp in error? If so can they recoup payments?

So long as you've done all that you're supposed to do on your end, VA won't attempt to claw back the overpayment. If they should try, there's a relatively simple process to seek a waiver of any overpayment.
