I am a 100% p/t and I was awarded 30% hypertension 3 months after I was discharged. Since my 100% rating I have had 1. Stroke 2. A fib that I still have. 3. Congestive heart failure (? Times).4. Heart stent 5. Aortic valve replaced 10 months ago and I'm still not 100%.

Should I request a increase in my percentage and should I ask for a special monthly allowance to help me pay for my lawn care, house keeping, etc. ?

That will start the process to getting the increased benefits your secondary illnesses should be rated at.
