I have a 50% VA rating, I just applied for SS, waiting for permanent restrictions for Dr, I have 24 yrs gov, my age is 50. I am at a total loss on what to do with OPM.

We aren't sure if you're retiring and applying for SS benefits or if you're applying for disability benefits with the SSA. In either case, we aren't sure why OPM is a concern? If you'll be more specific, we may be able to help.
