Hello, I am a veteran and an active military member in Bangor Maine. I currently live in my residence in Brewer, maine with my wife and also a "at will tenant". What would I need to do legally, to proceed with an eviction with my "at will tenant"? I have recently gotten married in the past 15 months and would like it to be just my wife and I. I am also deploying at the beginning of 2019 and would like this "at will tenant" to be gone, but would like to know i am doing this process correctly. Thank you.

You need to consult with a private attorney in your community about the legal process for eviction in Maine. This is a civil issue and your military status won't really enter the picture. Get it done right by a local attorney who knows the law.
