Not getting child support but he has VA benefits
Question:
Hello Jim, my mother in law is not receiving child support from my father in law who is 100% permanently and totally disabled. Every time they go to court he says he is not receiving benefits. We know this is a lie because my sister in law has received chapter 35. I am a disabled veteran myself. How can we file for an appropriation of benefits? I keep looking for the paperwork.
