100% disability and work
Question:
What law or CFC states a 100% veteran can work?
Jim's Reply:
Laws don't always tell us what we can do, they usually tell us what we can't do or what restrictions there may be for a particular activity. In the case of the veteran who is rated at 100% disabled by The Schedule For Rating Disabilities, there is no restriction to work. On the other hand, the veteran who is 100% disabled by virtue of the TDIU benefit is specifically restricted from gainful employment and a lot is written about what does and does not become gainful employment.
