I've been compensable for IHD for a number of years now at 60%.  I just had 2 more stents implanted. Is it correct that the surgery is rated analogous to CABG under section 4.104 code 7017? Which will pay me at 100% for 3 months?

Yes, that's correct. You are eligible for the temporary 100% rating as you recuperate.
