Question:

Jim, like an earlier question, I have been rated 100 percent but not permanent. 70% PTSD 30% other disabilties.  Unlike the other person, I have been going to PTSD therapy since 2013 without much improvement. Also, I had an PTSD a few months ago and was deemed still at 70 %. Will it still be hard for me to get P & T? I am 46 years old.

Most mental health ratings are temporary and future exams are scheduled until the veteran is age 55 or so. We advise that you be patient and wait it out.
