Question:

My husband died recently. He had 100% disability. I want to apply for the DIC benefit. His death certificate has  COPD with other conditions, congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation. His disabilities are chronic fatigue w/Parkinson, Ischemic heart with stable atherosclerotic cad. Do you think VA would approve DIC for me?
