Question

My uncle was again denied his Ischemic heart disease post pacemaker placement due to his last treatment at the VA was 1999.  He did go to civilian MD and had his pacemaker put there.  How shall we go about reconsideration?   He is now 90% rated.  He first applied in 2015.

I think your best bet is to have the claim reviewed by an accredited veterans law attorney. The reasoning behind rating pacemaker implants can be very complex and an expert will be able to define just what your next steps should be.
