The Veterans Consortium believes that our Veterans deserve the benefits and compensation they were promised, and the best legal services free of charge to meet their challenges and needs. These services are provided worldwide and are 100% free.

The Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program (Pro Bono Program) provides free legal help to unrepresented veterans or their family members who:

  • Have filed appeals at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims or

  • Need help with qualifying discharge upgrade cases

Veterans and family members who request assistance receive a thorough review of their appeal. TVC connects veterans and their family members with a volunteer attorney. A veteran or family member whose case is not accepted by the Program receives legal information about their case and an explanation as to why TVC cannot place the appeal with a volunteer attorney.
