How do we apply for this Aid and Attendance benefit? I am 82 years of age - my wife is almost 80 years old and has a crushed vertebrae and wears a back brace And cannot succesfully attend to our household wellfare. Can you help us?

Use certified mail to mail the form. That should get the process started. VA will respond to you in a few weeks.
