I trust this E-mail finds you & yours in the best of spirits and health. Well Jim I took your advice and mailed (via Certified Mail RRR)a letter of inquiry. The letter was signed for in the VARO on 3/4/11. To date...no response. How long should I realistically receive a response Jim? Please advise and please do have a very pleasant evening.

It may be as much as 90 to 180 days before any response. I usually suggest waiting 90 days and then do it again, exactly as the first time and mark it "SECOND NOTICE". Do that at least twice and build the paper trail.
