I know you're busy, but I want to ask you about more about this fiduciary business. I'm 100% sevice connected, PTSD, TDIU, permanent and total PT. I've been rated that since Jan.2006. I've been collecting my benefits through direct deposit at the bank since that time. I'm 62. I was not deemed incompetent when I received my rating. Am I at risk for being declared incompetent by the VARO and placed under the fiduciary program? Thank you.

Yes, you are. Anyone rated 100% for mental health is at high risk.
