I applied for My inpatient hospital records from St. Louis and recieved a notice by mail stating they could not find my inpatient hospital records from Balboa Naval Hospitial in 1967...any idea how I would proceed as my claim is before the VBA ...

Lost records are one of the most challenging problems we face. Once you've accomplished the usual official searches, there are few people who will go beyond that to help you.
