I took a C&P exam 12/9/2010 at VAMC. It included a cardiac stress test and echo cardiogram. I would like to get copies of the tests; MyHealtheVet does not have a record of these two tests. Do the VA folks in Columbia keep them to themselves? How can I get copies of the tests?

You now have to request your copy of the C & P exam through your Regional Office. That's best done in writing via certified mail. For a brief time it was simple to get a copy of your C & P exam through ROI in your clinic or hospital. For a number of reasons that all changed and we're back to the old fashioned way of doing things...on paper without computers to help.
