Jim,
I need some help here. Back in 2007 I had my disability approved for PTSD(30%) and 10 % for my back and my Knee. In March this year VA sent me a letter to conduct another check up with a Psychologist. I went to the evaluation and explained what’s going on with my life and how my condition was getting worse. When I left the military I was diagnosed with PTSD but I didn’t have to take medications and they gave me 30%.
During the past 3 years my condition was so bad that the doctor gave me CELEXA. I have to take those pills every day and I informed the Psychologist all that information and I even show him the pills. I also explained him that my condition was getting worse. When I received the results of the evaluation they still gave me 30% which is the same rating when I left the Army.
What I don’t understand is that back then I didn’t have to take any pills and now I can’t live without them and they still give me the same rating. I waited a while because I have so much anger inside me that I don’t want to be even close to the VA Hospital. I think I received the result in march. Can I still appeal it? Do you know the process for it. Thanks in advanced.

You should appeal the rating if you feel that the 30% evaluation is too low. It isn't hard to do and you can do it yourself.
