WWII vet with prostate cancer

Question:

Jim, what about a World War 2 vet that t died from metastatic prostate cancer and has had issues with his prostate for 65 years? Should he have been eligible for 100% rating? He served in the Army Airforce 1943-1946.

Jim's Reply:

WWII veterans aren't usually eligible for prostate cancer benefits. Those benefits are for Vietnam veterans who were exposed to agent orange.
