Question:
I am rated at 100% permanent and total. One of my disabilities that I’m already rated for, has shown more tears in muscle and trauma related injuries. They are recommending I go get surgery. I honestly don’t want to get another surgery first of all, but my question is does going to get surgery initiate any c and p exams? I’d like to know what to be prepared for. Or if I can just get my surgery and they leave everything be unless I submitted a claim myself? How does that work?
Jim's Reply:
It's not likely you'll have another C & P. If you need the surgery, you should go for it.
