What can I do about problems with a VA fiduciary?

Question:

How do I get any legal help since the VA has me running in circles my paid representative has been stealing from me for three years I sent in the form requesting an immediate replacement that is on premises because my landlord and my paid representative have been in cahoots together stealing from me and from the government and are filing a fake false eviction and I've never had an eviction and the representatives that I currently have also freeze my benefits I cannot get the VA to do anything I need a federal legal attorney also my health is very bad I've had to be rushed to the ER and they called me back but I need more tests I'm going to be dead before anybody gets anything handled and my VA benefits will be frozen because that's exactly what my pay beneficiary is going to do.

It sounds as if you may be dealing with a VA fiduciary who has been appointed to manage your finances. If you have disagreements with that arrangement, you should speak with a veterans law attorney who can help you to appeal the appointment.
