Jim's Reply:

I'm not sure what kind of help you're seeking? None of the medical conditions you cite for yourself appear to be connected to the military service of your father or his father. The children of a Vietnam vet who were born with spina bifida are presumed to have the condition due to the earlier agent orange exposure of the father. No other conditions are recognized as service connected. Your father served but apparently didn't serve in Vietnam and you don't cite spina bifida so any other medical conditions you may have aren't eligible for any assistance from the VA. You'll need to use your local resources for the help you require.
