Question:
I am a US Marine Corps veteran and I applied for compensation for Parkinson's Disease due to the tainted water at Camp Lejeune. I was treated for Parkinson's Disease by the VA for 15 years before they all of a sudden decided I didn't have it anymore. Parkinson's is not curable as you know, but yet my claim was denied. I have another chance to appeal this decision, but in your opinion is it worth it? I have submitted claims for several things that have all been denied even though they have been treating me for them for years.
Jim's Reply:
Yes, if I were you I'd appeal. I'd have a veterans law attorney to guide me
