Why would they drug test me for zolpedem. A sleep aid that is non narcotic?

You aren't being tested for a sleep aid, you're being screened because drug screening is the new normal in America due to the narcotics crisis killing so many citizens. Drug screens at VA and in every walk of civilian life are here to stay and are as routine, ordinary and necessary as a liver function test.
