Question:
what is the best way to apply for an increase for prostate cancer? prostate has been completely removed.
Jim's Reply:
If you have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (PC) and you've had surgery to remove the prostate, you no longer have prostate cancer. If your PC is service connected becaue of agent orange, you're eligible for benefits that reflect any residual effects of the surgery, usually leakage of urine and ED. Those ratings are commonly either 40% or 60%.
