I was diagnosed with posttraumatic stress disorder and obsessive-compulsive behaviors because they say I wash my hands a lot many years ago through the VA my question is it true that the VA reported everyone to the nics to stop them from buying firearms or is it just certain criteria because I am thinking of applying for my license to carry a firearm in my state and I feel that you might be the person to give me some information I was never diagnosed incompetent or dangerous to myself or anyone else or diagnosed not being able to take care of my own affairs I don't get any disability checks for it I was just diagnosed it
