Question:

Hey, Jim, when are they going to do away with the 21-4041 form for continued TDIU benefit? Also if someone is TDIU P&T and they loose the TDIU benefit and return to their schedular rating, will they also loose the P&T?

Jim's Reply:

I can't predict when VA will finally be rid of that form. It should have been ages ago. Yes, the P & T label would be lost. If you lose the 100% TDIU rating you can't be totally disabled any longer.
