Question:

I just received my TDIU approval. Nowhere in the paperwork can I. find a review date. Does this mean my IU is permanent? Thank you

Jim's Reply:

If there is no indication of a future exam and if the paperwork indicates either CHAMPVA eligibility or Chapter 35 DEA eligibility, then your rating is permanent.
