Jim, I've been TDIU P&T four four years, and I'm now 71 years old. Am I in any danger of a review if I take a part-time job paying $5-6000/year?;

Your taxable income will be picked up by VA and noted since you're TDIU. If you earn less than the federal poverty income rate for your region you'll have no problems. Enjoy the part time work, don't make too much money!
