Hi Jim, I just recently got awarded 70% P&T TDIU and I had a question about my state benefits. Florida has a tuition waiver for for dependents if the veteran is 100% service connected. Am I eligible for that state benefit even though I’m only 70% P&T TDIU? I was told that I receive every benefit as a 100% service connected veteran.

It appears that you would be eligible for the benefit. Talk with any college financial counselor to start the process to take advantage of this benefit.
