Will I be denied TDIU benefits due to my age?

If I request to go 100% schedular from my current 100% TDIU status, would I be able to go back to work full time?

I am rated 100% schedular and TDIU P&T. Would there be any benefit or liability if I tried to drop the TDIU P&T and just kept the 100% schedular rating?

Do you have to prove anything if you have a presumptive condition?
