I received a 40% rating for service connected cancer. I thought it was supposed to be 100% until I'm in remission. Am I right and how can I fix this?

Can I request a new C & P exam if the doctor doesn't use the appropriate equipment?

Will working terminate my TDIU?

Will the VA change my rating if my updated medical records contain additional but similar issues to what is already rated?
