I've been rated 100% for over 10 years due to cancer. That rating is being reexamined soon. Will the 55 year rule, 10 year rule, or 100% rule have any effect on how the VA rate me and my residuals now?

I was exposed to a lot of harmful chemicals during service. Will the VA flatly deny benefits if it took a long time to develop symptoms from that exposure?

What can I do if I forget to mention some things during my C & P exam?

Is there anything I can do about my C & P exam doctor providing misinformation about my test results so their opinion favors the VA?
