Question:
I have a service-connected right knee full replacement and I have filed for that, plus a secondary on my left knee which was replaced almost 6 years ago. Is the secondary rating the same as the primary, i.e., will I get 30% on both knees?

You won't necessarily get the same rating for each knee. There are some variables like range of motion, pain and so on that can affect each rating, whether it's service connected as a primary or secondary condition.
