Jim, Thank you for all you do for veterans. MY QUESTION: When filing a VA Disibility Claim, If a medical condition is presumptive, is an IMO or IME nessessary?

Maybe, maybe not. It's less likely that you'd need to pay for an IMO if the condition is clearly part of a presumptive claim. Otherwise, I'd lean towards an IMO to ensure a win.
