Question:

All the way, sir, I've an 'other than honorable' discharge. I need help with a upgrade. I've service connection for PTSD and diabetic metallic two related to Agent Orange. however, only receive chapter 17. VA just denied my appeal. I need help. I've reach out to anybody that will listen to no avail. I need a discharge upgrade or presidential pardon.
