Question:
My husband wants to start a business in Arkansas but he is 100% P&T for PTSD. I am 100% P&T for somatoform disorder. Would the VA take away our benefits? If so, just his or both since we are married? It's his business.

If you are each 100% schedular Permanently and Totally disabled, you're allowed to work and earn a living as you are capable of doing. There is no penalty or loss of benefits for getting back to work.
