Question:
I currently have a Felony warrant apparently that I did not know about from another state and have hired to address the warrant while out of custody. My question is how long does it generally take for the VA to be made aware of the warrant and stop all benefits, and what system notifies them that there is one? Also until I receive the letter of notification that they have stopped benefits, can I still go to my appointments or will there be an FFP-1 on your file before that letter is issued?
