Hello, my ex husband receives 90% in VA disability from the Marine Corps and he's also almost $8,000 in back child support. I have went through DHR to try to start getting payments from him but it's been almost six months. Are they able to take money from his check? What is my next step? We have one child together and it's not right that I'm financially supporting our daughter myself. Thank you in advance for any assistance that you can provide.
