Question:
I have a 20% for a non union clavicle. About a month before my C and P exam, I hurt my shoulder at work , went to the ER for pain pills. The ER doctor said I had arthritis in that shoulder. He gave me a recommendation for physical therapy. I went; very limited range of motion. They gave me a recommendation for orthopedic. I had my C and P exam and the examiner said I could not do rangw of motion testing due to pain from the recent shoulder injury . How will this affect my rating?
Jim's Reply:
How the lack of a completed ROM exam will affect your rating will be the decision of the rater and will depend on the wording the examiner used. To be sure, you'll have to wait for the decision.
