100% P & T but unsure what disabilities were counted

Question:

Hello Jim, I served in the Air Force from 2010 to 2017. I was first diagnosed at 90% sometime in December of 2017 and then I had to address some other issues sometime in 2018 and I received a 100% Permanent and totally disabled. I have around 8 to 10 different disability's ranging from 0%, 10%, (50% for Obstructive Sleep Apnea) I believe (80% for Major Depressive disorder/ Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I have a disability ratings for scoliosis, Knee issues, Disc Disease, and some other minor disabilities.

My conundrum is that my letter from the VA doesn't elaborate which disabilities are considered Permanent and Totally disabled. I'm curious on what the heck is the VA declaring me as P&T disabled. Also, what are the chances the VA will call me in to have another evaluation? Lastly, I'm currently employed and I'm not sure if it'll have a significant impact on future C and P exams. I choose to be employed because I would literally go insane if I was stuck at home twirling my fingers. What are your thoughts? Your help and guidance would be greatly appreciated. V

Jim's Reply:

Veterans who are rated as 100% permanently & totally (P & T) disabled are allowed to work as they are able to with no restrictions. VA doesn't characterize each disability as permanent but the overall rating is labeled as permanent. If you are rated 100% P & T, there won't be any further C & P exams,so no worries.
