I am filing ischemic cardiomyopathy, atrial fibrillation and left bundle block secondary to IHD. Currently rated at 60% for IHD. Because of angina, dizziness and fatigue, may try for unemployability. Do you, sir, think I have a chance?

Yes, if I were you I'd seek the TDIU benefit as an extra schedular rating at the same time I filed for the additional benefits you mention. Good luck.
