Hello Jim...I have appealed a claim for DIC trying to service-connect my late husband's acute lymphocytic leukemia to the military. I have give all medical records to the VA with documents supporting connection to Ft. Benning Military base. Will I need a nexus letter for this claim?

My condolences, I'm sorry for your loss.Yes, I imagine you'll need a nexus letter and/or an Independent Medical Opinion (IMO) to connect the ACL condition to the source you claim is responsible for your husbands death. I'd also suggest that you seek the help of a veterans law attorney before you get in over your head.
