Question:
Lung cancer is on the presumptive list for agent orange. Does it makes sense that head and neck cancer is not? How would a toxin get in your lungs with out passing your throat ?

No, of course that makes no sense. However, we're dealing with the VA and they often make no sense at all. It is what it is.
