I’m 100% P & T. I know I’m eligible for dental, but will they try to charge my outside dental insurance?

That's a great question and I'm really not sure. VA does cross bill outside insurance for non-service connected treatments but the 100% P & T veteran is completely covered so I'd think dental would be the same. If I were you, I'd call the dental clinic and ask.
