If divorcing, can I still provide Tricare coverage for my former spouse and daughter? My daughter is my step child, if that matters.

Probably not...however, you really need to review this with the Tricare representatives and your lawyer before you get too far along in a divorce. You can save yourself a lot of time taking care of this far in advance.
