Question:
First, I’d like thank you for your time to help veterans. Many people don’t like to help us without them benefitting. My question is I'm at the Board of Veterans Appeals, but I'm also hardship. How do they process the difference between the Legacy or the hardship and also I was in a Bradley Fighting Vehicle when the Halon bottle went off. They said I didn't have enough information from someone else. I got a letter from a fellow Soldier and also I got a congressional paper that shows where the Halon bottle was inadvertently going off. What do you think?
Jim's Reply:
I think that if you're at the BVA you should be asking these questions of your representative...your accredited veteran’s law attorney. Veterans should always appeal denied claims with guidance from a lawyer
