Knee surgery didn't resolve pain

Question:

Had surgery 2017 partial knee replacement, it’s 2019 and knee still hurts. I was told by surgeon that performed first surgery that we could go back for a total replacement to rid the pain. I had 13 months of temporary 100 percent. What’s next ?

It sounds as if your doctor may have answered that for you. If you have surgery again on a service-connected knee, you know the drill...you'll have a temporary rehab rating of 100% and that will eventually fall to something lower. I would predict that this surgery and compensation for the disability will be much the same as before.
