Question:

Can VA provide an address to locate my ex-husband to serve him with court papers. The OAG has not been able to locate a correct physical address.

Jim's Reply:

I don't think the VA is interested in locating a veteran to deliver court papers for you. The VA is supposed to serve veterans, not those looking for them. I'm not sure which OAG (State???) you're speaking of but they usually have their own resources and that doesn't involve VA.
