Hello Jim, I've been seeing a v.a. doctor for 3yrs. for PTSD. they gave me a service connect for PTSD. Recently went to a c&p exam and also recieved a service connect and stressor. Can the ratings rep. still deny me compensation?

The C & P examiner doesn't make any decisions about your rating status. The examiner only provides an opinion that responds to some basic questions from the rating agency. Once the examiner provides the opinions, the entire file is then reviewed by a "rater" who will take all the information and evidence provided to make the decision. The rater can deny compensation once the review is completed.
